DDMAT MAT Update | DDMAT/MAT requires 6 hours every two years of continuing education. Learn information that will assist you at work while meeting the annual requirement of completing at least eight hours of update training for those who have been certified as a Medication Administration Technician and are employed. This course is designed to increase your knowledge of medications, documentation, and the medication administration process. Review classifications of medications such as antibiotics, antihypertensive and diuretics. | |

Flex CMA Certified Medication Aide | The State of Oklahoma requires people be certified or licensed to administer medications in nursing and health facilities. In this course you will learn to administer medications and how medications affect the body. Become eligible to take the CMA certification exam. Clinical and written certification tests are included in the course fee. | |
Flex CMA IA | Obtain advanced training for the care of diabetics. Training includes classroom and supervised practical training. Return demonstration of skills with proficiency of 100 percent and classroom theory testing at 90 percent or above are required. This course prepares students for CMA Advanced-IA certification through the Nurse Aide Registry. Written exam requires 80 percent or above for CMA-IA certification, clinical and written certification tests are included in the course fee. | |
Flex CMA RG | Using the Flex Path. This is advanced training for those already certified as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and must deliver nutrition or medications via feeding tubes either nasogastric or gastric. It is also for the CMA who will need to administer medications in the inhalable or nebulizer form. These types of Certified Medication Aides can work in Nursing facilities or Continuum of Care facilities, Specialized facilities, Residential Care homes, Adult Day Care facilities, and Assisted Living centers. This course blends theory and practical skills in the classroom. This class can also count as continuing education hours for the CMA. | |
