Active Shooter Preparedness Training	If you give your staff a plan and the skills to help themselves…they no longer feel helpless. Empowered people can overcome even the most overwhelming event. Join Ryan Perkins from Radius Consulting and the Tulsa Police Department as we cover common-sense, hands-on techniques and policy-based discussions to empower your staff to win when the time comes. This four-hour training skips the "scare tactics" of other programs and keeps the conversation light to make training approachable and keep attendees engaged. In this training, we will cover: •active shooter preparedness including strategies to survive an armed intruder incident •a toolkit of simple equipment everyone should have to facilitate survival •medical response to trauma in workplace violence or active shooter incidents •hands-on practice and drills using proper application of tourniquets, bandages, and more •evaluation of your armed intruder/active shooter plan and rill procedures (bring your policy for expert feedback!) •much, much more! This training is a $199/student market value.
AEMT National Continued Competency Program	This course is designed to meet the 50 hour requirement for continuing education required to recertify.
Armed Security Guard (I, II & IV)	This combined course is designed for public school teachers who have been approved to carry firearms on school premises. This course includes CLEET-approved training to meet state requirements, including Security Guard I, Security Guard II, MMPI Testing, and Security Guard IV. •Only Security Guard IV requires the use of a firearm, which must be provided by the student. All firearm training will be conducted off-site at a shooting range. Firearms are not allowed on the Autry Tech campus. Phase I includes interpreting security guard law, first aid, fire extinguishers and writing field notes and reports. You will also interpret legal powers. Phase II includes public relations, fixed post duties, patrolling and investigating security incidents. Cost of the class includes first attempt for the certification exam. MMPI testing is not included in this course. Students will be enrolled in MMPI testing during this course. MMPI testing is $115/person. Phase IV uses either a revolver or a semiautomatic pistol, but not both, in a single class. To complete the training with both types of handguns, you need to enroll twice. You will need a duty style holster, belt, three magazines, magazine pouch and 450 to 500 rounds of ammunition. Reloaded ammo is not allowed to be used in this course. Instruction fulfills the CLEET Armed License Training requirement for the type of weapon used. Price includes first attempt at written certification test. CRASE Training - Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events	The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) course provides strategies, guidance and a proven plan for surviving an active shooter event. This course is designed and built on the Avoid, Deny Defend (ADD) strategy developed by ALERRT in 2004.
