| ASVAB Prep Course | This course is designed to give military recruits the opportunity to improve their ASVAB aptitude score and broaden job options within the separate military branches. This course will provide one-on-one and group instruction on how to approach the test; review fundamental concepts for the AFQT (or Armed Forces Qualification Test); provide practice tests; and more. This course includes a complimentary copy of the Kaplan ASVAB Prep Plus book for each student, thanks to the US Air Force. This course is generously offered by Autry Tech at no charge thanks to the United States Air Force and in partnership with NOC-Enid. The ASVAB is a standardized aptitude test required for anyone interested in joining the United States military. The results of this test help the Department of Defense determine which branch of service and what jobs a candidate would be a good fit for. The AFQT is not a separate test; rather, it is a score derived from four of the ASVAB subtests including arithmetic reasoning, word knowledge, paragraph comprehension, and math knowledge. | |
