Hazardous Materials Awareness	Provides skill development for first responders who, in the course of their normal duties, could be the first on the scene of an emergency involving a hazardous substance. NFPA 472/NFPA 1072 compliant.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OPERATIONS	(Prerequisite: Rural Fire Fighter) Provides skill development necessary to safely and effectively respond to, contain, and control incidents involving hazardous substances in a defensive manner. Learn the properties of hazardous substances, recognition and identification, command and control, personal protective equipment, hazardous analysis and risk assessment, container assessment and handling, and decontamination procedures.
HAZWOPER 8 Hour Refresher (OLT)	Workers and emergency responders who cleanup hazardous waste have a higher rate of exposure to these materials than the average person. OSHA's HAZWOPER Standard helps protect employees involved with hazardous waste cleanup, disposal, and emergency response. This bundled course includes the entire series of online learning modules designed to meet the annual 8-hour refresher requirements for HAZWOPER general site workers: Introduction to HAZWOPER, Hazard Recognition, Toxicology and Medical Surveillance, Site Entry and Reconnaissance, Personal Protective Equipment, Respirators, Decontamination, and Exposure Monitoring.
HAZWOPER 8hr. Refresher	(Prerequisite: 24-hour or 40-hour Hazwoper training, Rural Fire Fighter/EMS) Students will review OSHA's Hazwoper requirements for the workplace. Couresework includes classroom instruction and a practical equipment review.

This course delves into the critical connection between mental wellness and productivity, offering practical strategies for identifying, addressing, and preventing mental health challenges within teams. Participants will learn about the importance of creating a supportive workplace culture that encourages open dialogue about mental health, the implementation of wellness programs that prioritize the well-being of all employees. Through expert guidance, attendees will leave with a comprehensive understanding of how to foster a workplace where mental wellness is a cornerstone of success, leading to more resilient, satisfied, and productive teams. Heartcode ACLS	This advanced course highlights the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
Heartcode BLS	Heartcode BLS is a blended learning option of CPR geared toward Healthcare Providers and First Responders. Part one of Heartcode is a computer based training done on your own time. Heartsaver CPR AED Blended Learning Course	Heartsaver CPR AED Blended Learning course. Student receives a key to complete the online portion of course, then comes in for a skills test.
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Blended Learning	Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Blended Learning course. Student may receive a key to complete the online portion of course, then comes in for a skills test.
Heavy Equipment Live Operator Hands On Class	We are offering a class that will include hands on experience with a skid steer, excavator, and a forklift. You will spend time excavating, grading, back filling, loading dirt projects, pipelining, and trenching and shoring.
Helping Young People Deal with Mean People	Based on the work of social psychologists and communications experts, this workshop provides resilience-based strategies that adults can share with young people to help them respond to rumors, insults, and aggression BEFORE involving teachers and school administrators. Exercises conducted in the class will help adult learners explore the effectiveness of various responses to difficult situations. Barbara Sweatt, LCSW is a therapist in private practice in Enid, OK. She has provided counseling services to people of all ages, including children in Enid Public Schools. Since the death of Nex Benedict, she has been devoted to finding and sharing information about appropriate responses to bullying.
Hemodialysis Technician	Learn how to pursue a career as a dialysis technician by preparing for the BONENT Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification.
Hoisting and Rigging	Our Basic Rigger program is designed to develop riggers’ knowledge, skills, abilities with several types of rigging practices. The rigger will be able to recognize the limitations, safe work practices, and proper inspection methods of equipment and hardware used in rigging and lifting operations. Rigger’s will understand and apply safety standards and work practices for safe cranes operations that involve power lines, weather conditions, functions and how to respond to various incidents. Rigger’s will have understanding and demonstrate various communications methods used in crane operations. Training is developed to meet/ exceed current ASME & OSHA standards and Accredited through The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Trainees will receive certification and wallet cards after completing written exams and performance evaluations. Our Basic Rigger’s program is developed to meet ANSI/ ASSP Z490.1-2016 Accepted Practices for Safety Health and Environmental training. Each participant will receive certification after completing classroom coursework.
