Fall Protection	Falling is consistently one of the most common causes of workplace fatalities. Falls from as little as 4 to 6 feet can cause serious injuries, sometimes death. There are many different types of work and many different types of fall hazards. This course will teach employees the importance and practice of consistent fall protection. Employees will learn about fall hazards, how to identify fall protection methods and various safe work practices.
Fall Protection Demonstration	Hands-on demonstration on the procedures for safely working at heights and near fall hazards, and the proper use of personal fall protection equipment. Joshua Gilles Fastenal Customer Solutions Consultant will be bringing a fall drop truck to review ANSI standards and the latest and greatest fall protection equipment.

Fire Extinguisher	Fires can happen anytime, anywhere, without warning. The National Fire Protection Association, or NFPA, reports that there are more than 1.3 million reported fires in the United States every year. If you encounter a fire at home or on the job, a portable fire extinguisher can help you to protect yourself and possibly stop the fire in its tracks. This course will introduce employees to portable fire extinguishers, how they work and when to use them.
Firefighter 1	This course provides basic knowledge and skills to successfully complete Firefighter I certification exam. The course includes an eight-hour live burn training and an eight-hour Firefighter I skills test. Hazmat Awareness and Hazmat Operations are needed to complete this certification.
Firefighter Evaluator Class	Firefighter Evaluator class includes training for skills certification and paperwork process during the examinations.
Firefighter Proctor Class	Firefighter Proctor includes training on overseeing and administering examinations for firefighters to assess their knowledge and skills in various firefighting-related topics. This may involve instruction on setting up and monitoring exam environments, ensuring compliance with testing protocols, and maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
Fishing for Beginners	Welcome to this comprehensive course designed for those who are new to the world of fishing! This class will teach essential skills needed to embark on a fishing trip with confidence. Students will learn basic gears, casting techniques, safety, and common species to fish in our area. This course is geared toward 6-12 year olds and must be accompanied by an adult.

FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS & GAS (FLAG)	Flammable Liquids and Gas Fire Fighting (FLAG) Examines tactical considerations and their coordinated application in response to fires involving flammable liquids and gases. Classroom lecture, hands-on exercises, and live burn scenario training focus on key team coordination concepts. The course is intense, disciplined, and physically challenging. Fire fighter safety and proper use of PPE will be reinforced throughout the course. Both public and private sector firefighters are welcomed to attend. Flammable Gas Emergencies (LPG) Features essential knowledge and skills for handling flammable gas incidents in transportation or at fixed facilities. The 12-hour training includes eight hours of classroom, followed by four hours of live burn instruction. The course is recommended to emergency responders in public safety and industry. This will include Live Burn Evaluation.
FMCSA Update	Join the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for the latest in commercial vehicle requirements. This session will focus on the following topics: •National Roadway Safety Strategy •Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse •Stump the Fed Q&A •Resources available to you through the FMCSA website and where to find the rules and regulations you need. As the lead federal government agency responsible for regulating and providing safety oversight of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs), FMCSA's mission is to reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities involving large trucks and buses. FMCSA partners with industry, safety advocates, and state and local governments to keep our nation's roadways safe and improve CMV safety through regulation, education, enforcement, research, and technology.
