Begin the week with a practice designed to both energize and relax. Activities include a gentle five movement Tai Chi Easy sequence, breath work, self-applied massage, various forms of meditation and full body relaxation practices. Once mastered, many of these techniques can be used to help you navigate the stresses you face in your day-to-day life. Suitable for all fitness levels. Activities can be performed sitting or standing. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
